Returns and Exchange
Please send us an email immediately to notify us.
Our policy lasts 14 calendar days. If 14 calendar days have gone by since you receive your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged, unworn, unused with tags still attached and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Custom-made goods including made-to-order t-shirts cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
In the case of damaged products, we require you to email us the photos of the product before a refund can be processed.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
- A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
- Restocking fee applies for products that are not damaged or defective on arrival.
- All Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain 30 days.
We will advise you where to return your products after emailing us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
